| Q:
|
Do I have to select which
programme I prefer prior to my arrival?
|
| A: |
It is not necessary. We can discuss
this when you arrive. |
| |
|
| Q: |
Can I change my programme half way
through my stay? |
| A:
|
You can change the programme at anytime;
we want this stay with us to be about
you and what you need. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
Can I come any day? |
| A:
|
Programmes run ideally from Sunday
evening till Saturday morning or from
Friday morning till Sunday night for
the weekend retreats. However, provided
we have availability, we will accommodate
to your preferred dates. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
What time do I arrive? |
| A:
|
We ask that guests arrive at 6pm on
Sunday evening or before 9 on Friday
(weekend retreats) but we will accommodate
to your travelling requirements. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What time do I need to check out
by? |
| A: |
For the weekly stays, you may leave
any time during Saturday morning. We
will be happy to prepare a lunch box
to ensure you can manage your first
day back at home. |
| |
|
| Q: |
Do I need to book any additional
therapies prior to arrival? |
| A:
|
It is not always essential. However,
especially if you only stay for a few
days, it helps to avoid disappointments.
|
| |
|
| Q:
|
What do I need to bring? |
| A:
|
Warm comfortable natural clothing.
Outdoor boots, umbrella, gloves and
scarf (in the Winter) are essential
as we do encourage you to go out for
walks regardless of the weather. Also
bring your dressing gown and slippers
or any items that allow you to feel
totally at home. Lastly, it is advisable
to bring an alarm clock, a journal or
pad and pens to jot down notes during
the lectures. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
Do I need to bring my medication
and or supplements? |
| A:
|
We will never ask you to stop or
reduce taking your current medication.
Bring your supplements and you may discuss
with our team whether they are compatible
with our programmes or you may take
a break form them. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
How can I prepare in advance? |
| A: |
You do not have to do anything.
However, your detoxification symptoms
will be milder and you will benefit
more if you reduce or eliminate wheat,
meat, dairy, refined sugar, alcohol
and caffeine. |
| |
|
| Q:
|
Do I need to bring my own toiletries?
|
| A: |
We provide some natural toiletries
from the range Faith in Nature. We
have available a range of natural
facial cleansers and moisturizers
as well as salt deodorants. You need
to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste
and skin brush if you have one. We
do have them for sale if you don’t.

|
| Q:
|
Can we have access to the internet?
|
| A: |
We do advise that you minimise electronic
devises while you are here to really
switch off from the world. However,
there is access to the internet via
a wireless connection at request. |

|
| Q:
|
Can I do laundry while at the house?

Anything else? |
| A: |
We have a library with educational
